Short story.

Slick texas realtor sold me 7 condos in a rundown complex. Did the same for 3 other California investors.

3 years later, this rat hole is costing me ~ $20K a year, with no hope of ever selling it.

I am contemplating walking away from it, and destroying my near 700 credit and taking the $20K/year savings as my prize.
