Personal Finances Library
Debt & Finance Audio/Visual Library Bookstore
You will find our highly recommended audio and visual library to be very
informative and motivational.
Having the motivation to do what
needs to be done keeps you focused and on track!
After reading a score of books about personal finances, dealing with debt,
how to change your own perceptions and ways to improve your life, I don't
think you can find more honest books than the ones recommended here.
Three in particular really stand out from the crowd. All three are offered
in hardcover and audio formats with paperback editions shown where available.
It's one thing to deal with debt, and quite another to understand and
change what got you into debt in the first place. All of these books offer
profound insight into why we do the things we do, and how to change to
get the things we want and need for success. While they don't go into
tremendous detail about your personal finances, the underlying principles
of sound money management are woven intricately within each book.
Each takes a different road, and offers insights about the choices we
make. However, in each book the happiness - money - success - wealth laws
are brought to life before your eyes. These universal laws are retaught
to us through common sense in a very easy to understand manner.
Dr. Phil McGraw (The Dr. Phil Show)
gives a no-holds barred approach to accepting responsibility for your actions,
understanding other people's perceptions of you, as well as your outlook on
life in "
Life
Strategies: Doing What Works, Doing What Matters." Not for
the faint of heart, but a real eye-opener if you really want to know the "why
you aren't" and the "how to be" happy and successful.
is a concise foray into the power of money and our attitude towards it. Suze
shows real life examples of people who broke the laws of money, and guides us
to making the right choices in our lives. Her own mistakes are included which
tells us she has walked the walk. This book is the bridge between "Life
Strategies" and "Rich Dad, Poor Dad." If you can only buy one
book, this is the one to get!
offers insightful comparisons of how the rich work money, while the poor work
for money. Author
Robert T. Kiyosaki really shows the steps
and compares the different results each Dad has lived from family, to happiness,
to wealth. His portrayal of financial stress with his Poor Dad, side by side
with his Rich Dad's guide to problem solving, is especially suited to guiding
young adults to financial security. Parents, if you have young children, then
read this book so you know how to guide them into their future.
It doesn't matter if you are dead broke, or have more money than you know
what to do with, you will find all of these books invaluable to getting
your life on track, your finances in order, and be happier and more satisfied
than you ever thought possible.
