Young and was dumb...maxed out credit cards

I married my husband at 18. I decided I needed money like him so I applied for all kinds of credit cards, got them in the mail and just used them until I maxed them out and never wanted to pay them.

I am now 23 years old. I want to be able to own a house some day etc... I shouldn't have ever done that. My credit has been horrible since. So now I am trying to fix what I screwed up.
